That's why we committed to bringing integrity back to dog treats, crafting every single one by hand, in small batches, using only the purest, purposeful ingredients. For us, it's more than just a business; it's a mission to support the health and happiness of your beloved companions, inspired by our own hero hound.

We believe in transparency and simplicity. Unlike many others, every Hero & Hound treat is proudly made by us, eliminating fillers, unnecessary additives, and complex flour blends. Our recipes often feature just one flour source and no more than four natural ingredients. This meticulous process ensures that you know exactly what your dog is enjoying – wholesome goodness designed to support their health and happiness without compromise, catering to various dietary needs. We make high-quality accessible, with thoughtfully crafted treats at a price families can sustain.
More than treats: our mission
Our commitment extends beyond crafting exceptional treats. It's deeply personal. Inspired by my own service dog, Frank, who helped me navigate life with PTSD after Afghanistan, I understand the profound bond we share with our canine companions. They’re family, support, and strength. That’s why, as a veteran-owned company, we create treats with care, integrity, and purpose, aiming to keep them healthy and by your side for as long as possible. We also proudly give 1% back to Healing 4 Heroes, helping rescue shelter dogs and train them as PTSD service dogs for veterans, because our companions take care of us too.
